Fiona Poole Made in Texas cookies
To accompany the cake for the Texas Baby Shower, I made some cute little cookies. I have had my Texas cookie cutter since we arrived here in Texas and it has come in very handy on a number of occasions.
I used Veena’s Vanilla Sugar Cookie recipe for the first time and found it to be delish!
Covered in a thin layer of fondant, stamped with my cookie stamp/embosser, and airbrushed to finish. A quick piped heart and outline and they were done. I’m not overly happy with them, I think I was a little heavy handed on the airbrush (again!!!), especially the red. Usually, I would re-do them but I was wrecked and figured the kids attending would like them 🙂
