Hi, my name is Fiona and I am obsessed with food! I am a mother of two, a university qualified Nutritionist and Food Technologist, and cake & cookie decorator. I spend most of my spare time cooking and reading about food.
I have been a “caker” for over 20 years now and in that time many of my friends and acquaintances have asked for copies of recipes and photos of what I do. I initially started this blog to share recipes and my creations with friends but am now happy to see that there are many people from all over the world who are also enjoying them.
I am currently based in Canberra, Australia but have lived in quite a few different cities and countries.
