The U6 Jets had their last games for the season today, what a way to finish! All team members had an awesome game with goals going in constantly! The kids certainly earned their end of season party. Nothing better than a sausage in bread and lots of lollies to keep them all on a high. I made some Chocolate Chip Cupcakes from Martha Stewart’s Cupcakes: 175 Inspired Ideas for Everyone’s Favorite Treat, so easy and so yummy. Read More

Banana Bread

As my daughter swims most mornings, breakfast is usually eaten in the car on the way home from training. I am always on the lookout for quick, easy, filling snacks that I can make and freeze for the week ahead.
I have been making her coconut bread for a few months now, lovely with lemon butter. But alas she is in need of a change! I recently purchased The Australian Women’s Weekly Gluten-free & Allergy-free Eating cookbook and found an interesting recipe for banana bread. This recipe is gluten, wheat, yeast, dairy, and egg free!!! Read More

Welcome to my blog!

Hi! This is my first go at a blog, please bear with me while I work it all out.
I am hoping that scrumdiddlyumptious will be a fun, informative, and entertaining look at what interests me most – FOOD!
The plan is……I will try to update my blog at least once a week with my latest finds, cakes, cookies, or anything that I find remotely interesting. I will include recipes and my favourite links and perhaps even some Nutritional info as I gain more knowledge from my studies.
I am sure to blunder my way through and look forward to any comments you may have (please be kind!).
