Buttercream Wedding Cake

I thoroughly enjoyed making this buttercream wedding cake. Simple but so effective.

When the bride contacted me she was so organised and had already ordered her custom topper and knew exactly which design she wanted.

The top tier was a gluten free vanilla cake with vanilla swiss meringue buttercream. The bottom tier was a fresh pear and pistachio cake; I had fun trialing recipes for that one!
