I have been super busy with “Boucakes” or cupcake bouquets lately. They have been super popular with my clients which is great because I love creating them.
I have used both American buttercream and Swiss meringue buttercream for the bouquet. The ABC holds its shape really well and gives great definition in the petals while the Swiss tastes amazing but is not quite as sturdy.
