Geometric Wafer Paper

The geometric trend for cakes is huge at the moment. I love the variety of designs emerging from cake artists around the world.

I had a quick play using wafer paper this morning. My measurements weren’t spot on and next time I will definitely take the time to cut my triangles out perfectly.

I’m quite happy with the result. Hopefully, I will get an opportunity to try again soon.
