Spring has Sprung!
This little beauty was for a birthday party on the first day of Spring here in Australia.
Strawberries are ridiculously cheap at the moment so it’s a great time to make some creations with them. Earlier in the week, I whipped up some yummy strawberry simple syrup to use in drinks and in my baking.
The strawberries for this tower were dipped in white chocolate coloured with a bit of Creative Cake Decorating Winter White Chocolate Oil to get rid of the slight yellow tinge that white chocolate has.
The addition of a few macarons, the beautiful roses, and some silver leaf dressed it up. I also added some glittery, edible number 18s around the tower as it was for an 18th birthday dinner.
