Fiona Poole Rudolph Cookies Revisited
Back in 2010, I came across this fab idea for Rudolph Cookies using a gingerbread man cutter upside down.
My original post on these cookies used plain sugar cookies covered in chocolate. This time I used chocolate sugar cookies which omitted the step of covering with chocolate. Instead of the white chocolate melts for eyes, I used marshmallows cut in half.
Apologies for the substandard photos, but you get the idea.
