Fiona Poole “Shaggy” Cake
I love to make cakes for my family and friends, especially the kids. This year my nieces, whose birthdays are only 2 weeks apart, decided on a cake based on their dog Shaggy.
He is a gorgeous dog, white and shaggy!
I made his head with rice crispy treats and his body was chocolate mud cake. I covered him in a layer of fondant that was then textured with a knife and topped off with fondant “spaghetti”. I was really happy with how the colour of his eyes turned out.
