Fiona Poole Hello Mummy, Goodbye Tummy!
I have been going through my photos from the past 5 years or so and came across this cake that I made back in 2007. I was so excited to make this baby shower cake for the very talented and lovely artist, Naomi. I fell in love with Naomi’s “Poppies” paintings the first time I set eyes on them. The cake was not to be the usual baby shower cake with pastel colours, ducks, and baby blocks. So after a quick net search I came across a pregnant belly cake! I loved this cake, so replicated it and of course, added my own touches.
I attended the shower which was so much fun and the cake went down a treat.
