Quick Rudolph cookies

What a great idea!  Using a gingerbread man cookie cutter to make Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer!!!

I found this idea in the Woolworths Fresh Magazine, Christmas edition 2010.

By turning the gingerbread man upside down, using his head as the nose and his legs as the antlers, you have Rudolph.

Ice with melted chocolate and while still wet add a raspberry lolly for the nose, 2 white choc melts topped with dark choc chips as the eyes – done!!!
