2010 Cookie Exchange

It’s that time of year again, Christmas cookie time!!!

This year we had 6 people at our cookie exchange. A lovely lunch and chat with lots of loot to take home.

This year I made Martha’s Lime Meltaways.  I hadn’t made them before and they turned out a treat 🙂

Left top to right bottom : Cranberry, white choc, and pecan cookies, Snowman butter cookies, Oatmeal raisin cookies, Gingernut cookies, Lime meltaways, Melting moments.

On the dessert menu for the day was a giant cookie cake!  Devil’s Food Cake filled with whipped cream, chocolate ganache, and raspberries – yum.

To make this look more like an Oreo, next time I will not put so much filling in.
