Swimming Cap Cake

As Asha swims with the same kids 4 mornings a week we thought it would be nice to take a cake to training on her birthday.  Chocolate Mud Cake for breakfast was a great hit!!!  I made it to resemble the club’s swimming cap.

As my icing printer bit the dust at a very inconvenient time, I used the icing paper and drew the Hunter symbol on it with my food colouring pens and popped them on. It actually turned out better than I had expected 🙂
